Mayweather is the Most coward gay in the world. I will never ever waste my money on boxing again. It is fixed and it is a big scam.
Lol, Mayweather won by points. Are you a casual fighter? everyone complaining about how the fight was boring are usually casual fighters that got caught with the hype and expected some Rocky Marciano shit. Well guess what, Floyd's defense made Pacman's offense invisible.
They are having a rematch in a year it seems, it's a possibility since apparently Pacman had an unreported injury, so you should feel scammed by Pacman and their team in any case.

Many people do feel scammed, thats why Manny, and that crook promoter of his (Bob Arum) are both facing multiple lawsuits by fans who felt they were mislead.

There is even a picture of the health release form that both fighters have to sign right before fights, where Pacquiao said he had no known injuries just before the fight.

It will be very interesting to see what happens with this, since if you really look at the whole picture, those pending lawsuits are not as absurd as lawsuits of this nature usually are....

Things are getting warm about this fight. You read the news guys?

Manny Pacquiao hit with $5 million-plus lawsuit by people claiming boxer hurt viewers, gamblers by not disclosing injury

http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/more-sports/manny-pacquiao-hit-lawsuit-not-disclosing-injury-article-1.2211339

Pacman wasn't at 100% for the fight, and he sould say it before the fight.

Unfortunately any sanctions for Pacman and his team will be literally peanuts compared to the amount of money he made on that night even after losing.
Floyd wants a rematch when he is 100% recovered a year from now, it will be even more exciting than the initial fight even if you are pissed off now and want to say "oh I will not watch it" you will watch it and you know it lol.

The fight was such a letdown for casual fans of the sport.   It was a masterpiece by Mayweather if you are a boxing purist.

I wonder who he fights for his last fight.   I wish he would fight Gennady Golovkin at 154.   Mayweather would never take that fight though...   Embarrassed

I disagree, he was playing it way too safe. That's not what boxing is about. The game wasn't fun too watch. Technically he won though and on the other hand, can you blame him when there is $180,000,000 at stake....

As far as i know the stake was 300.000.000 wich was accorded to be divided 60% - 40% for the winner and the loser so the loser doesnt really lose at all so thats not why he played like he did, he just simply wanted to win because he wanted to win not because of the money

What is your source for this statement?
I have read/heard that Floyd will not fight Manny again, ever.

If they do fight again, i certainly wont be shocked.
Im one of the people you claim will watch a rematch if it ever happens. We will have to agree to disagree on that...but i would be willing to bet that IF they do fight again, the revenue generated will be less for the rematch than the first fight.

Ever single boxing fan ive talked to about the fight said they would not buy the PPV rematch.
Of course, like you imply, many of these people are still recently salty...and many after a year may change their position.

I wont change my mind about never giving boxing another dime of mine.
I would much rather see Connor McGregor actually fight than see Floyd dance around.

they're getting old, so it would be probably a boring fight again if the rematch would really take place.

Based on the way people talked it just seemed obvious that Mayweather would win.  Everything about the fight was controlled by Mayweather.  Even in the introduction of the fight and boxers it was a "Mayweather" production as the announcer said.  Think about it.  Mayweather has one fight to win to tie the undefeated record and he claims he'll quit after that.  Who can blame him?  Tied the record, has way more money than the original record holder.

But they would probably still make the money they made this time. I feel the injury was more like an excuse to have a rematch and make money.

I really hope this is true. They need to give the fans the fight they wanted to see. Everyone was dissapointed with that fight. Such a let down. Hopefully they'll both be in peak fitness the next time.

Pacman seems to have enjoyed this mob mentality that he is somehow the better man.  But both Mayweather and Pacman have a troubled history.  Pacman's youthful years were no sainthood.

If anyone benefited from greed it was both Mayweather and Pacman.  They both got millions regardless of win or lose.

But going back to who 'should' have won... I would have loved to see Pacman win.  Everyone loves to see the underdog win.  But... the simple truth is that Pacman didn't do what it takes and in my opinion he got what he fought for.

I didn't see much passion from either fighter but Mayweather outscored Pacman and that's all it takes.

Just as I expected Mayweather backpedaled from his SMS that he sent to Steven A Smith where he stated he would do a rematch. He's saying now Pacman is a sore loser and will not do the rematch, I knew he wouldn't put his legacy on the line again, he'll fight again in september and retire with 0 loses and tons of money to live perpetual vacation of luxury for life. Yes, im jealous as fuck, I wish I made that type of money.
