how to restore my old skype id ?

i am face big problem on my skype id which was vccpoint. here was 1000 + Contact list. some days ago hacker was hacked mya gmail & yahoo id. i am resorted both after 2 days. now few days i cannot login my old skype id - vccpoint.the say id i am input wrong password . i was tried restore pass via email. email on come my email for create new password. but here is also big problem. they said time is expire ( i am tried instant ). i am contact skype support but they not help me for that. they said i am create new skype id but i am lost many clent .i am provided my all info for verify. here is no sequrity for safe my skype id . any one hack any skype id .
so please infrom me how to restore my old skype id ?
