I have an Asus EeePc 900 for sale. I had planned on using this laptop to run multiple BFL Singles (as this would be PERFECT for doing that), but never ended up doing it. At idle, it uses ~12-15W, depending on what you disable in the BIOS
. This has worked great for me in the past, but I havn't used it in a couple of months. I did boot it up to verify it works, tho. I'm thinking I will do a factory OS install to wipe anything I have on there, and clean it up.
Normally these comes with an 8GB expansion SSD, but I upgraded it to a 32GB mPCIe SSD. This has also been upgraded to 1GB RAM.
Here are the specs:
9" screen (1024x600)
Intel Celeron ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) CPU
1GB DDR2 RAM
4GB SSD + 32GB upgrade SSD
Windows XP
It comes with:
Laptop
Battery
Charger
Factory re-install DVD (Windows XP (which is silly cuz this computer doesn't have an optical drive))
Hard plastic case - top and bottom
Silicone keyboard cover
