Download a wallet and generate one!

Some are: MultiBit (you'll have to download it) https://blockchain.info/wallet (an online wallet service).

With being new with your wallet.  I highly suggest you read some threads about keeping wallet secure.  Also you might look into hot or cold wallets depending on your needs.

Looks like nobody mentioned this. You can also generated a custom address.
Look at mine: 1LaudaexFYZano87acDNGscmqDbM3ZTLBD
There is a piece of software called Vanitygen (read: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Vanitygen), which uses your hardware to generate a custom one. Just make sure not to type many characters (low and uppercase matters too) or you will wait a really long time for it to get generated.

You have to start from wallet of your choice. Then using a wallet you can start to receive and sent bitcoins as you need. For each of transaction it`s good to create new address. Address is created in the wallet itself.
I suggest to use wallet installed in your comp. like Multibit. Pay attention for proper security of your wallet.

For infrequent new users that only want to buy small amounts of goods / digital goods, Circle and Coinbase are pretty decent IMHO.
They both have instant buy abilities and are more "legit" than other sites since Coinbase is a regulated exchange and Circle has built up quite some backing as well.

That's true but beware - you do not own your private key, so you do not really own them.

I wouldn't recommend xapo.com - they require you to provide an ID number.

How i can create a bitcoin address?

Simple just click. You can create on the wallet, choose your wallet here: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet (my recommendation is electrum), you can generate from exchanger.
also you can create your custom bitcoin address, here: http://bitcoinvanitygen.com/faq.php

Just know the basics outside from just creating a bitcoin address. You should also be aware of backing up the balance known as a .dat file depending on what wallet type you choose, incase something does happen you can always restore the original balance.

if you type in wallet.dat in the search area on the top right you`ll get a lot of tutorials that shows you this.

I used coinbase as my first wallet, via Android.  It was very easy to setup.  The app works great, but it's not the most secure wallet from what I've learned.

I wouldn't recommend xapo.com - they require you to provide an ID number.

They don't ask ID for storing Bitcoins. If you do anything fiat related, ID will be asked. But as we don't have control over private keys and/or they don't provide some level of protection of lose, I depreciate using Xapo and Coinbase* and other such wallets.

* Coinbase introduced sort of paper wallet but I don't think it is secure to generate using the website. It is highly recommended to use BitAddress.org or Vanitygen or PC wallets to generate addresses.

the easy way is to generate it from any wallet(qt, multibit, online wallet ecc...)

otherwise you can create one by starting from a private key(you can find more details about that on bitcoin wiki)

the advantage is that you can withdrew in PM or OKPay

This is only an advantage if you have not use with btc and is for little amounts or if you want invest a little in perfect game.
I do it for a service and for the fun to manage a site...not for earning myself few dollars per year.

It's a good opportunity for the ones who want use occasionnelly BTC faucets.
