I will post after securing the account and confirming it follows the condition stated as quoted below. BTCBLOGGER has deposited 0.001BTC to the escrow account as transaction fees.
How to participate:

Each 0.001 BTC buys one ticket.
Remains open for 2 more days after getting 130 entries.
Rules:
All the entries will be divided into groups of 20.
1-20,21-40,41-60 and so on according to number of entries.
A random draw will be conducted by BTCBLOGGER with a full video.
All the selected entries in first round get the 10 mBTC each except winner who will get the account.
Again a draw will be conducted conducted by BTCBLOGGER to choose the winner from the selected entries.
All the draw will be done through random.org
In case of a default by BTCBLOGGER all the amount will be returned to the players and they have full right to leave a negative feedback on his account.
If the number of entries is less than the required minimum (130) within the next 20 days (till 31 May midnight UTC) all the amount will be refunded to all participants.

After getting 130+ tickets we will split the tickets into group of 20-20 tickets.
And then a random number is chosen by random.org from each group.
Now we have few numbers from which a number is chosen by random.org
This ticket number get the account and all the others ticket numbers which was selected in first draw except the wining ticket will get the 10 mBTC each.
