I will believe in the Flat Eart theory if you can justify the earth angle in that theory. Let me explain.

Earth has a 23.5° Inclination, and that's how we explain the 24h night in South pole and 24h day in North pole.

So, in the Flat Earth theory what's the angle? Our planet has an inclination?

That is also the explanation for winter and summer, yet earth has a difference of 5 million miles away from the sun per annum, how do you explain this?

There was probably a time in the distant past when the Earth was inclined at, say, 45°, but maybe less. I say this because the northern lands used to be warm. We can see this from all the dead animals that we have found, buried in the ice, without nearly the decay that should have happened over thousands of years.

More than likely the northern regions were warmish, and the equatorial regions were cooler. The shift from something like 45° to the current 23.5° probably happened fast, like overnight, caused by gravitational and magnetic interactions when Mars or Venus came close to the Earth.

There is evidence that both Mars and Venus came close to the earth in the distant past. There are books on this.

In other words, God is so great beyond us that if He doesn't reduce His language usage to something we can understand, there would be no way to understand Him.

God spoke the Bible to people in the way that we understood back then. If EVERYBODY today understood that the globe, the planets, gravity and outer space exist, God would have included them in the Bible. But of course, He did. It's just that He didn't talk about them directly except very slightly.

Genesis 1:6-10:

Notice in the above verses that God separated the waters that were under the sky from the waters that were above the sky. Then, the next day, He gathered the waters under the sky to one place so that dry ground appeared.

The point? The waters were one before God separated them by placing the sky between them. After He separated them, the Bible record only talks about the waters under the sky. The waters under the sky had dirt mixed in; they were mud. How do we know? He separated the water from the dirt in the mud, so that the mud would become solidified dry ground.

Two points about this:
1. Before the separation, there was no distinction made between the waters (mud) that went above the sky, and the waters (mud) that went below the sky. The waters (mud) above the sky were the same as the waters (mud) below the sky. If God did any separating of the mud above the sky, He doesn't tell us. However;
2. The thing that keeps the waters separate is gravity. If we didn't have gravity (whatever it is), we would still have mud. Why? Because it is gravity that makes the various densities to be effective, so that dry ground can appear. So it was the beginning of the third day that God made gravity.

Note that all I am trying to do here is separate you from your distinctive densities.

The point is that Special Relativity hasn't been completely falsified. Certain aspects of it work, while other aspects don't.

There are any number of theories that work in different ways than Specialized Relativity, but get the job done the same as SR. Quantum Theory is one of them. Electric universe is another.

What's the reason for this? The reason is that Sagnac, just like SR and other theories, don't take into account what the aether really is. You and I both don't know completely what it really is. But it is easy to see some of the basics of it that you are missing.

The aether is a non-material, non-energy, flexible, elastic solid that carries energy and material along in the ways the laws of physics dictate that they should go. The aether caries energy along like the air carries sound, but in a much more complex way.

Most theories, including SR and what Sagnac did, don't have enough aether mechanics built in to make them 100% fact.
