www.virwox.com is not a option because it takes 48 hours to get the bitcoins

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

If you are unable to use virwox then your best bet would be to withdraw your PayPal funds to your bank account and then purchase bitcoin with cash via circle and/or coinbase.

It is highly unlikely that anyone is going to be willing to trade with someone with so little trading history and accept their paypal funds as too many scammers have ruined it for everyone
