I am really starting to see a need here.   A place where people can buy what they need when they need it how they need it without restriction.    Or at least in small amounts make no limits.

I may play with this idea and make it bounce.  That way I can keep if off grid and be available without restrictions.

you can probably try local bitcoins. if not you can try to find a BTC ATM, you can use coinmap to do that, and then buy it BTCBTCBTC

Its usually the verification process that takes the longest.  If you need em now.  I cant seem to find anywhere where you can buy and it be instant unless you have purchased before.
