i understand that this is forum and people have low trust to newbies, but it's basically only my problem and as escrow is mandatory i have really no reason to reject that bid.

if maqueen is the winner and it turns out it's fake bidder the auction will be relaunched. All bids lower than the highest accepted bid are invalid

Next time just start the auction at the price you're really willing to sell. It's easier for everyone.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

i assume you are trying to say maqueen is my account, right?

sorry guys, thanks to bitcoin explorer and bitcointalk proprietary auction rules the auction is going to be moved to cryptothrift with starting bid 0 BTC I see no point arguing with you people.

What?

I've already placed a good faith bid for an auction that was supposed to end today at 22:00 GMT and now it is being moved somewhere else and restarted?...

Geez!...

Well...

1. The auction supposedly finishes in less than 12 hours.

2. My bid is still valid and was made in good faith.

3. You can't just arbitrarily end an auction that has bids, start again and extend because a few monkeys are making idiotic comments.

Really ridiculous.
