Yes, very similar stamps are available for cheap at Office Depot and similar.  You would have to find someone (Perhaps Office Deport or a print shop) to design the BTC logo, but other than that, no problem.

Another way to get visibility (as a part of organizing local BTC fans) would be to stamp localbitcoins.com as well.

To me this looks like a really weird and off-putting way of advertise Bitcoin. People will think this is some kind of nutjob money for people who think that the collapse of the government or western world is in 2 weeks (no pun intended) reach.

Oh because paper money is so important isn't it?

I like the idea and think that is actually a good idea to get to people maybe not quite as big as that across the middle of the note but definitely
should be wrote somewhere and people will notice.

The amount of hands the bill gets passed around to is massive!
