He agreed to the terms that I have to pay only if I like it, and adopt it. Which I didn't adopt. There is no obligation to pay.

yes ndnhc earlier only cleared that if he doesnt like, he wont pay , so no issues, i later asked 15$ for it and he said no he cant !

Yes You are Right, If he agree with your terms and services which is only if I like it, And You Dont liked His Design then Dont pay him, according to your terms.

WARNING: ROBERSON STEALS  IMAGES AND CLAIMS THEM AS HIS OWN WORK. HE IS A LIAR AND UNORIGINAL. HE FLAMES MY GRAPHIC THREADS AND TRIES TO PUT HEAT ON ME FOR USING A PAID VECTOR FROM SHUTTERSTOCK.
 He is very unprofessional in all honesty. Would you want to pay someone who goes out of there way to lessen the credibility of others for personal gain?  I wouldn't.

Well, I see both are hijacking the threads of each other. That is a very unprofessional both of you.

Also, images you find in Google Images include copyrighted, licensed, etc. You can refine the search pattern or so.
In your case, it may or may not be copyrighted. idk

he got lucky and didnt pick something copyrighted.  But he's an idiot for thinking using Google images is copyright free... A real graphic designer would know that

To clear this up a bit - Every creative work is protected by copyright. There is no such thing as "doesn't have copyright issues". This includes pretty much all photography.

If you see it everywhere, you should assume that people are posting it without permission. Much like seeing people exceed the speed limit does not mean that the signs posted on the side of the road are wrong. People just know that the chances of being punished for it are low.
