As much as I love no monthly fee for the card, there are so many other fees which compensates.
I just found out if I use this card via PayPal there is extra commission. It sucks bigtime!
So if I get it right, there are always some fees when using the card except lets say buying via POS?
There is no extra commission when using PayPal. There are no fees for transactions in the card's currency. Sometimes PayPal may assume the card is in GBP because it's issued in Gibraltar even though it's in USD or EUR actually, and the charge would be in GBP, which incurs the standard currency conversion fee of 2.95%. Just like all other fees, it's on the website. There are no hidden fees and secret situations where you would pay a fee that we did not openly list on the website. You need to check the conversion options with PayPal here, there is nothing we can do about it. I have my paypal account set in EUR, my advcash card is in EUR, buying item which are priced in EUR...so why would I be charged in GBP?! Not saying its your fault, just trying to understand. If you have some tip how to solve this...I'm all ears. Thanks. I believe I answered both of these questions in my original response. You would be charged in GBP because PayPal assumes the card currency based on the country it was issued in, and according to PayPal, Gibraltar cards are supposed to be in GBP. It is completely not our fault, so even if you were saying that, it would not make any sense  As for solutions, again, I already mentioned it. You need to check the currency conversion options on the PayPal transaction page. There is no way to do anything about any of that from our side. Yea yea, thanks Andrew. Basicaly I won't be using this card any more for PayPal purchases, this will do it. |

No. This question is actually answered in the FAQ on advcash.com, I recommend taking a look. The card is only funded from Advanced Cash, never from PayPal or elsewhere outside the system. |

1. Not really sure. Sounds like something you need to look into together with PayPal. 2. Depends on whether the transaction was completed or not. If the amount was only authorised (gear icon in history), it will be unblocked in 14 days if the merchant does not complete the charge. This information is in the FAQ. If the transaction was completed (green tick in history), then less, a few days usually. |

Has anyone tried to sing up with Amazon Seller Central with one of Advcash cards? So far I'm having an error. They do state however, that they don't accept prepaid cards. But maybe someone is more luckier than me.

These cards' BIN is labelled as "PREPAID" AFAIK. So it'd relatively easy for Amazon to tell that they are in fact prepaid cards. |

I think they accept prepaid cards but there is some kind of problem with the advcash card (but I'm not sure because I've never trited to buy from amazon). |

AdvCash is providing MasterCards and as you can see that bitplastic is also providing masterCards and they can supply it to Pakistan. it means that MasterCard has a potential to supply even to Pakistan. is there a way to use their paxum address to auto forward incoming payments to my adv account ?
or alternatively by informing them about paxum payout and transaction id to withdraw to adv wallet?
i don't use paxum myself but like to receive payments from it . technically i can't force everyone to use adv...

To be more specific Pakistan stands at the 4th position, and on bitcoin they are also more active and their government is also in the favor of bitcoin and like their citizen to adopt that way of finance but still they are not allowed for bitcoin debit card. the companies should have to be more active and advance so that none of the bitcoin supporter is denied with the facility of bitcoin usage. |
