We need secure wallet transfer, with its own blockchain. It might include adding a "number" to the front end of the wallet.dat file that moves the wallet out of control of the user into the control of the new user. I believe bit coin is supposed to be zero trust instrument and that bringing models of centralized trust into it is only ruining its purpose
