Hello,

I have couple of Antminer s3+ machines and I noticed that they are all recording huge amounts of rejects and discards when mining bitcoins. The reject on this one Is low, but on others very high.
What is it that I am doing wrong?

GH/S   430.55
ACCEPTED -  1,535
DISCARDED  - 42,455
REJECTED - 13

Also, any good pools out there to mine?

Thanks.

I have the same issue but I still see a pretty constant 445GH/S so I just ignore it.

could be the pool, or a faulty miner, did you bought it used? or the software which you are using for mining, maybe not a good/stable version, checks all of these

Maybe one of your miners is bad? or being over heated?

You should screen cap from your mining pool on the performance, so we can see what you are seeing as well. The rejects can be several different things, but I intially think its based on a faulty miner, or thats just a normal reject # out of so many found blocks.

Tends to be either your pool, or mining hardware itself.

You could try switching pools and see if you notice a difference?

Check your miners temperature, are you using extra fans? Do you keep your room temperature under control?

Everyone..... I'm really so sorry for the lack of response. Issues came up.

Yes, my Asics section reads.   oooooooo oooooooo .

Temperature in the room is a little bit high, but I am trying to keep it under control. Just thinking that I should be making more money from all these machines. So tired of this business.

The machines do go up and down in hashrates though.

you can try renting out your rigs on a site like miningrigrentals.com
tends to mitigate some losses, and maybe trick some fool into paying super high Cheesy

What are you suggesting he do? Scam someone and ruin his reputation? You're an idiot if his miners aren't working why would he rent them out and "trick some fool into paying super high" Don't be a dick.

He's saying this ASIC are fine, if its shares rejected then its definitely the pool.
Also, renting sites verify if you're hashing properly, no one will pay for a broken rig. No need to assume everyone is a dick.

Thanks for all the info. I believe it is the pool that I'm mining at.

A lot of these are old.

I suggest Eligius, Wizkid is a great dev and I've always enjoyed that pool.

IMO either ghash.io or antpool.com is best for Antminers.
