how do i update? i installed it over my existing installation, startet the wallet, then i got complete new adresses without balance?
Then i copied the wallet folder from my backup wallet into it, but also no balances.
whats the correct way to update?

Go to File->Settings->Basic Tab, then you can choose the location of the wallet dir. For the windows executable the normal way is to just install the new executable, it should find your wallet directly. Are you using the universal or the windows wallet? |

i using the windows wallet.
i changed the paths, then i restart the wallet. then i got error 67. so i renamed the data folder to data1, then the wallet is now empty without a adress...
how can i start the restore from seed?

Strange! If you rename the wallet dir (File->Settings->Basic->Wallet Dir location) to wallet.bak or something or point it to a location where no wallet is it should start from scratch and ask you if you want to recover from seed. |

because of i renamed the data folder, that the error 67 doesnt come, he has to resync the blockchain.
in the console there are this:

If i look into my wallet dir, my wallet is down from 30kb to 1kb.
i waint now the the resync, then i try to copy my wallet again in the folder an restart. if this doenst work, i will restore from seed.

after resync of the blockchain and recopy of the org. wallet file in the correct folder, now everything is fine!

In the latest release there's a compiled version of the native library for ARM architecture which means that the Qora wallet from now and on can be used on ARM based machines.
So,we have released a beta ARM wallet as well within the v.0.21 release. If someone can test this wallet on an ARM machine we would love to have your feedback.

If I initate ACCT, it's possible cancel it? (I try test with 1000 qora)
In which exact step of the process you would like to cancel it? By initiating an ACCT, your funds are locked to this ACCT till the expiration or till the ACCT receive the key. So, one way to cancel it is to not proceed furthermore with this (after the initiation) and wait for the ACCT to expire. The key will not be revealed to nobody and the funds will be returned back to the initiator. thanks for explain, how long expiration time? If we are currently after the expiration block, you will have to send a small tx to the ACCT (with at least 20 qora) to activate it and the funds will be sent back to the creator of the ACCT can you explain more detail where exactly I must send 20 qora? currently my initiating ACCT after expiration. |

Congratulations and thanks on the recent advancements.
Poloniex is still sending transactions paying 0.01 fees. Forgers cannot verify transaction fees and this leaves blockchain open to be spammed with 0.00000001 fee transactions.

I'm preparing an old Macbook with OSX 10.6 only for crypto currency purposes. I tried to install Qora client without success. The app closes shortly after start. Does the software run under Snow Leopard? The Mac runs Java 1.6.

The Mac runs Java 1.6.
You need to update Java to 1.7 or 1.8 in order to run the wallet. |
