neither bter nor polo get their wallets to work it seems... reason why I'm not buying at the moment.

last three days i transferd from polo to my account. it takes about 2h per transfer, but it works fine.

is there a script or something available, with that i can payout all asset holders.
for nxt and burst something is available.

i can put in the asset id and the amount i want to payout. the scripts starts to load all assetholders and transfer them the amount of coins proportionately to the amount of assets they hold.

also i can set, if the assets that i hold counts or not.

if not, perhaps this could be integrated into wallet. it would help all other asset issuer to easy manage their assets.

That is already part of the qora wallet. Open the PayDividentFrame by marking your Asset -> right click "Pay Divident". There you have the possibility to pay all Shareholders.

amount to pay: is this the total amount i want to pay?
holders to pay 1-400: what should i put in this field?

for example.
i sold 4 Mio Shares.
i want to payout in total 100k
i got actually 4 holders.

what do i have now to put in what field?

amount to pay would be 100k
holders would be 4

If you confirm in the PayDividentFrame there will be another frame that will show the payments (MultipaymentFrame). If you are unsure you can of course start with a small testamount.

How-To Deploy an AT on Qora



Automated Transactions (AT) is a technology created by CIYAM Developers which provides “Turing complete smart contracts” for any blockchain that implements it.

Below we’ll attempt to explain, as best we can, how to deploy your AT using the Qora client. We've compiled this with the help of vbcs and Vrontis and is subject to change if errors are found.

• Account : Select which account of yours will be funding this AT.
• Name : The name for your AT.
• Description : A description about your AT.
• Type/Domain : This is a unique name that will identify your AT with any other AT’s that are using the same code. For example, you can create a CrowdFund AT and if others are using the same code, they will have to use the same domain.
• Tags : Descriptors for your AT. Separate multiple tags with a comma.
• Code :  This is where you place your AT code.
• Data :  This is the data space of the AT, or the “harddisk” for simplicity.
• Data Pages : This is the size of the memory to allocate for your AT. The memory in AT is working on chunks of 256 bytes which we call “pages“. If you don’t define any data in the “Data” field above, because you don’t have any initial values to define, but you still need to allocate memory, this is where you do it. For instance, if you want to add 1024 bytes of memory for the AT then you need to set the Data Pages field to 4. Each “page” is 256 bytes.
• CS Pages : Stack memory. This will only be used in specific situations, if your code is using PUSH/POP commands, for example. It’s extra memory to allocate to the AT.
• US Pages : Same as above. Stack memory. This will only be used in specific situations, if your code is using PUSH/POP commands, for example. It’s extra memory to allocate to the AT.
• Minimum Activation Amount : This defines the minimum transaction amount this specific AT will be able to see. All transactions below that amount are blind to the AT and will be ignored.
• Quantity : This is the amount you will send to the AT when it is created. For instance, this could be the initial balance on an infinite loop that pays out x Qora each block.
• Fee : How much you will pay the network to post this AT. You can compute the fee based on the number of “pages”. Each page cost 1 Qora, so if your code is two pages (512 bytes) and your Data, CS and US pages are 1, then you have a total of 5 pages. If the fee per page is 10 Qora then you will have to pay a fee of 50 Qora’s to create the AT.

shapeshift would be nice, but it's a catch-22 situation. ss won't add qora until qora has volume, qora can't get volume because the centralized exchanges keep having "wallet issues" -- imo aka fear that if acct catches on they will be dead. lulz

i got an issue with the data dir after a pc crash.

Now my PC crashed. I restartet the pc, then the wallet. then the data folder was resettet and the hole blockchain has to be downloaded new.

because this happend the second time, i backuped my data dir files. but every time i copy them in, the will be deleted....

if i downloaded the datadir von qora hp, this files work fine.

Most likely this is because the data dir you saved is corrupted. To make sure you create a "good" backup, wait till the wallet is fully synchronized, shut down the application properly (File->Quit) and then create a backup.
In the next version a backup will be created automatically when you close the wallet properly and the data is not corrupted so you don't need to do that yourself.

Open a commandline and try this:    java -Xmx512m -Djava.library.path=libs/native -jar Qora.jar
then the console will still contain the startup error
