I've used this site on and off for about a year now, through cash deposits, and always got my BTC within 24 hrs. My most recent transaction was delayed, but they eventually sent the BTC. My most recent deposit was over 4 days ago, and after 4 days of not responding to requests, they send me a lame email, asking for my name as it appears on my Driver's license. I'm ordering a measly $200 worth of BTC, and there's nothing on their website requiring that I submit ID to use their service. I emailed them my name, and haven't from them since.

My gut tells me this is a stalling tactic and they're bullshitting me/turning scammer. What recourse do I have as far as pursuing the return of my funds through legal means if they continue to ignore my emails?

IF the sense of you been scammed or not, you probably are a victim.

I can confirm based on, 2 things. 1. I never head of the site till now. 2. Why avoid other popular current services to try a new one out

So yeah, you been scammed esp w. the support ignoring your request.

Go to localbitcoins.com for any further future transactions.

Yes, you are. I already flagged CashToCrypto a month ago, and there's a couple scam accusation threads about it. Here's one of them:

I usually have a good eye for these things. Oddly enough, I met the owner(or an employee) of this website years ago IRL through localbitcoins before he opened up cashtocrypto, so I stuck with them out of habit. Apparently, they've gone rogue now, shit. The guy's name on localbitcoins is Twolves14. He also has a second account that I cannot recall at the moment. As for your suggestion to go to localbitcoins for further future transactions, I guess the joke's on me  Undecided .

They finally sent my BTC, but still, lesson learned. Not going to mess with Non-escrow services anymore.
