The payment address for this listing will be 1CQy5LBriEoD47No99AB2JyV1VEiSJyUZZ. Be mindful of scammers!

I'm looking to sell the following items in a combo:
-i7 960 CPU
-ASUS Sabertooth X58
-12 GB RAM (6x 2GB sticks)

There is one issue I should mention about the board. I can only get it to see 8GB of RAM at most. I'm not sure what's causing this issue and haven't tried fixing it too much, so it may be a fixable issue. However I cannot guarantee that it is fixable. Other than that everything works fine. It's a great combo and would make for a perfect gaming combo, seeing as the 960 is still a decently powerful chip.

Now for the pricing. I'm asking $280 $240 USD plus partial shipping for this combo. I think this is a reasonable price, seeing as combos like this are going for about $300 USD on eBay, but with 4GB of RAM instead of 12GB. This combo will be shipped out of Saskatchewan, Canada and I'm willing to pay up to $10 USD for shipping costs. However, the remaining cost for shipping will be up to the buyer to cover. I also request that the buyer pays for the combo up front before I ship it out. If you aren't content with this, then I welcome escrow from a trusted user that we can both agree upon.

Also, if you're interested in any other components in the images (EVGA GTX 570, TX750 PSU) send me a message and maybe we can work out a price for them. If you have any questions or concerns about this listing, don't hesitate to send me a private message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

The missing ram is probably one of two things. Either one of the slots on the board is broken (easy fix, just use the other colored set of slots), or one of the sticks of ram is bad. Shouldn't be too bad to figure out if you decide to look into it.

Both of those are possibilities. I used this combo as a server and realized I didn't need as much computing power after the fact. Would make for a really good server too. As I've seen others mention, if you drop an octacore Xeon into this board it can go toe to toe with an X79 setup too, but for quite a bit cheaper.
