I've never heard of tempeh, but I've tried tofu. No way I could eat much of it. I like soy milk but not other soy products. They lack taste for me, as the meat eater that I am.

Even if i wanted to try tempeh , i don't think i can find it here , never even heard of it!

Where is here? If you have a place that carries Indonesian foods then they'll be able to hook you up.

I've never heard of tempeh, but I've tried tofu. No way I could eat much of it. I like soy milk but not other soy products. They lack taste for me, as the meat eater that I am.

Tempeh does a great job of absorbing flavours. I'm not fond of tofu either. Go figure eh?

East Asian? C'mon mannnn! Try harder. Search the alibaba.com site if you're really interested. I've seen more than a few recipes for Indian cuisine incorporate tempeh or tofu. Tempeh has a much more versatile texture than tofu.

Still, you don't gotta do nuth'n ya don't wanna.  Wink

Believe me , where i live , there's nothing of this sort . I would have loved to do it  but 6 pounds sounds too much anyway so i know i won't be able to.
Though i was curious about this tempeh thing . I can find Tofu though , but i don't like it either Sad
