Dumb and Dumber, when Harry met Sally.

Check out the story, it is just too funny:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109686/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Lloyd Christmas is a limo driver who's a few beers short of a six pack. His equally clueless roommate Harry Dunn is an operator for a mobile pet grooming service called "Mutt Cutts". One day Lloyd is assigned to pick up a wealthy customer for a ride to the airport. He believes this customer - named Mary Swanson - is the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. Little does Lloyd know that Mary is the victim of an elaborate kidnapping and extortion plot, and that the trip to the airport was supposed to be the payoff to release her kidnapped husband. Lloyd grabs the briefcase and that sets off a chain of events that see him and Harry going to Aspen, Colorado hell bent on delivering the briefcase to Mary. But along the way, they meet nearly every seedy and shady character involved in the conspiracy. But Lloyd doesn't know that the briefcase he's set on delivering to Mary contains nearly $5 million in cash. And his friendship with Harry is tested at every stop along the way, will they make it to Aspen and live the high life? Or face the wrath of the kidnappers and the FBI?

The Green Mile ranks relatively high in my list also liked The Shining movie adaptation from the original novel.

Here's my summary on the film:

Paul Edgecomb is a slightly cynical veteran prison guard on Death row in the 1930's. His faith, and sanity, deteriorated by watching men live and die, Edgecomb is about to have a complete turn around in attitude. Enter John Coffey, He's eight feet tall. He has hands the size of waffle irons. He's been accused of the murder of two children... and he's afraid to sleep in a cell without a night-light. And Edgecomb, as well as the other prison guards - Brutus, a sympathetic guard, and Percy, a stuck up, perverse, and violent person, are in for a strange experience that involves intelligent mice, brutal executions, and the revelation about Coffey's innocence and his true identity.

My favorite is the Dark Knight.
Agreed, They made a new meaning to the super hero concept (if you consider batman a "super" "hero"). My favorite was the first movie, the third one was interesting too.

For me The Matrix trilogy was and will be always the movie of all the times. Most of people think that Matrix is just a sci-fi/action movie, but if you look deep you will see the background of the movie and his hidden messages.

If you look at the imbd top 250 movies of all the time, you will see that Matrix is in the top 20. I know that this list is not 100% relevant, because is created by a users and not by film critics. But, I prefer to respect the user's rating more the film critics and according to them The Matrix is in that list! Smiley

If there is someone who never watch that movie, I highly recommend you to do that! It will blow your mind! Smiley

I have many favorites, but my top one is "Around the World in 80 Days" as it was the first movie I saw alone with my Father, just after I learn to read. That day  he took me with him at his work and after the day ended we passed in front of a cinema doing re-runs. He told me that if I read him the title we would see it. A very fond memory for me.
