There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

So everyone must send you Bitcoin and then just trust that you're going to send the PayPal money? What an easy scam!

Yes but you did not mention what badbitcoin.org is reporting.

From badbitcoin.org
"Bitcoin-paypal.gr PayPal & Bitcoin is a bad mix. No https - Our advice is don't risk it. 16/03/2015"

Conclusion
The website is not a scam until you prove otherwise.

Messy poor site without ssl. What makes you think we will risk our money on that site?
