btc4euro.eu is a really good site. You send your bitcoins via Mail to an adress in the Netherlands.

There are at least two in Europe that accept cash-in-the-mail for buying bitcoins:

 - https://bitcoinnordic.com/cash (All common currencies are accepted including but not limited to EUR, DKK, SEK, NOK, USD and GBP. )

 - http://bitcoinsinberlin.com (EUR in-the-mail)
