I do not understand why you used the name, since no copyright, and you used pads logo , I can do without LOGO beer logo

You could have done that from the start, because every kind of copyright had to be removed before you can be sure that a pic will not have any kind of problems later in time, anyway why you don't make the glasses like if they are doing a cheers thing? it could look better in my opinion

Kolsch is a Special Kind / regional produced Beer   it has nothing to do with a Company Name
there exist +60 Brewerys in "Köln = Cologne" which Produce Kolsch Beer

as an example

Reissdorf Kölsch
Gaffel Kölsch
Gilden Kölsch
Früh Kölsch
etc.

the Dirty Beer Coaster is a smaller Problem than some Copyright Logos on a PowerPoint Show :-)
