I'm not experienced with coding. If I were to give you a description of what I want, would you be able to give me an estimate how much effort it would require and about how much it's going to cost me hiring someone (or a team) to built what I want?

There are bots out there that handle steam trades. It would be handy if one of them was handling trades with BTC, or even better acting as a middleman, securing btc item trades between users.
