Hello moneymanagment. Excellent question.

At the initial stage, all the expenses, payments, purchases, etc will be public and clearly disclosed and once the WoodShares DCO be competely structured and running, besides the disclosure of the proof of the use of the money, the manager of the project only will be able to use the funds once the use of the money has been clearly defined and approved by the community.

Remember that the WS members are the ones who are going to vote for the decisions of the project and also they will control the funds in a multi-signature ewallet.
