Prepare to be shocked!

The curious case of BFL's 15v3sXGh6PDpQXcCmVYRf7H2ryRL5EVsu6 BWA.

http://ia801803.us.archive.org/33/items/gov.uscourts.ksd.97083/gov.uscourts.ksd.97083.73.10.pdf

Now that it's established that BFL indeed owns that BWA, let's explore where the 450 BTC stemmed from. http://www.walletexplorer.com/address/15v3sXGh6PDpQXcCmVYRf7H2ryRL5EVsu6

Quick aside, recall when Josh Zerlan's BFL_Josh was first registered on this forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=63314

Bear the following in mind while reading the rest of this post: http://ia802308.us.archive.org/32/items/gov.uscourts.mowd.117531/gov.uscourts.mowd.117531.42.20.pdf

To recap the above, users of EMC control their bitcoins of blocks found via the pool. When EMC finds a block of 50 BTC (now it's 25 BTC), they are automatically allocated to the miners' bitcoin wallet address according to what hashing power they contributed to the pool.

That said...

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/e122681aec8723d782c3f168ef9bd6cd27f9f07a5d9390f8d687ffb37e39bced

1Baf75Ferj6A7AoN565gCQj9kGWbDMHfN9 was EMC's BWA from 2012-07-13 13:37:23 to 2014-02-09 00:41:04 (UTC), created ~1 month prior to Josh Zerlan's declared employment with BFL as their COO or VP, depending on which way the wind's a blowin' on any given day. And, Josh had 100% control of EMC's hot and cold wallets, as he so declared under oath after the FTC raid on Sonny Vleisides' Butterfly Labs.

That's 9 blocks of 50 BTC plus 0.03249128  BTC stemming from the following txid: http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/266fe9550e3f6deff91846cdefc143a3ab8cfd0cff3a467cd41367fa1a9da365

Respectively, the following are the dates and [UTC] time that the blocks depicted above were found:

What about where the fees went to, you ask? --> http://www.walletexplorer.com/address/1Pfsqg2T9cik9ce92wT4xoEFbw5i8R3iF6

They've been amassing there since 2012-07-08 02:46:43 (UTC) when Josh Zerlan owned EMC, then after October 26, 2012, when BFL purchased EMC from Josh. This fact begs the question, who owns those BTC?

There are additional fees tacked onto some generated blocks to bring the total to more than 50 BTC per block (usually between 50.0001 and 50.003) - those fractions of a BTC are kept by the pool.

Strange fact: Bitcoins quit flowin' to that BWA damn near to the day pre-order moneys started being accepted for BFL's Monarchs. (verify the date, and if spot on, then there may be a connection of sorts)

Now that we know where the 450 BTC stemmed from, let's explore the thousands of BWAs that the BTC automatically went to via preferences from EMC's miners using the pool expecting their timely payouts. This should be interesting!

First stop on this massive train ride you're about to read: http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/c4eb80de405a593a07bb0d1aa899e5677c55fba541b3ce2508fd773c33e4ee35

Alrighty then, LukeJr got his 15 BTC, leaving only 434.9995 BTC yet to track. Enjoying the train ride thus far? What about the view? To your left are the Titans, albeit too big for my taste. I pray that this train doesn't pass the Grand Canyon, but if it does, hopefully will see a many tiny streams along the way. And goat farms.  Grin

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/eee0d07deb18f050682f1710bcc835fe796a886edd15abb1a4a420250a927b42

Damn, we barely got outta town and already there's a fork on the tracks. Left or right? Let's go right on track 1921367fb9. I think I see something interesting ahead.  Shocked

Damn, that sure is a helluva lotta miners awaiting payouts for the hashing power they contributed to EMC's pool, eh?

Well, for what it's worth, at least them miners were eventually paid via that 600 BTC output txid depicted above.

CAUTION: The rest of this post may or may not depict ~1,000 transactions from the EMC pool to its miners stemming directly and indirectly from a BWA belonging to BFL after some miners' been awaiting payouts for ~dozen days. Here's to hoping that nothing nefarious is uncovered, for I truly love these guys and duly hate to see them get into any trouble.

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/3604f18c98c68d6ad121be61fe254a76652dbb7cd3e73ad3bd922880518c1406

Can we all agree and say fuck them 76.9985 BTC and just follow the 600 BTC to save time? Thank you! You guys are the bestest!

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/fde837eac4c60a24bedbb5b036673f7913aa3aed44631bf20230a2f0450aa1f8

Fuck me in the ass! This is gonna take forever to post still ~1,000 transactions, but I'm committed, so why stop now?

Again, for brevity, I say fuck them 5.03 BTC and simply follow them 594.97 BTC, mmmkay?

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/72f270d2d7e773df913517564a56e897268ebdd6feaf975d9f216e0bf2087b89

Thank you, Jehovah, for that 124.99 BTC payout probably knocked my task down to only ~800 transactions, thus hopefully allowing me time to see if any new boys joined the site I frequent.  Shocked Yesterday, I rapped with a new boy on said site named Josh. His sig intrigued me so much, hence rappin' with him for hours. His sig, you ask? --> I've been known to make perverts look like angels.  Kiss Kiss Kiss

But, enough about me and my jollies, there's serious business at hand, namely trackin' them 633.78 BTC. Pervert young boys named Josh and girls with tight pussies having small titties on them can wait. A small price to pay, I say, to get to the bottom of this BFL fiasco, fiasco being what others say, not me, for remember, I love these guys.  Kiss Kiss Kiss Sadly, though, the pressure is building, and I'm not too sure how long I can hold it in sans busting a nut prematurely, but I'll do my best.

http://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/3d5ed6c2691c9cbf4d9daa2ba976573ed6cb881ec3382add7f9c2dc2eacb9ce9

BRB! I need to change my underwear, for what I feared might happen, did - premature ejaculation.

I guess this is where the train stops unless, that is, you desire of me to showcase how pirateat40 aka Trendon Shavers paid all them miners using EMC's pool them 650 BTC doled out accordingly.

Apologies for not depicting ~1,000 transactions, but for a consolation prize I believe I've shown a direct connection between BFL and Pirate's Ponzi scheme with Josh Zerlan smack dab in the middle of it.

Say good-bye to the BTC-House, Joshie Boy. Looks like you won't make it a year in your new digs as the LEOs wind down their investigation.

Any chance on you and I, Mr. "So Isolated", getting into a gambling arrangement consisting of nobody's paying attention to my lying ass? Surely, if what you believe in your fucked up head is true, i.e., I had plans on kidnapping your wife, then this should be an easy win for your scammin' ass. I'll even let you send me an IRS Form 1099-MISC if you lose just like you conspired with others in using the USPS to send me the last one from BFL to lessen their tax liability.

#AskLEO <-- Damn, if only I knew for certain that LEOs were reading my posts.  Wink Wink Wink

TIMELINE

July 21, 2012, 10:51:08 AM CST: Josh Zerlan requested the return of ~1000 BTC due to a glitch, declaring that if not returned he'd be in a pitch. Oooch! SUNDAY MORNING.

2012-07-21 16:39:32 UTC: 97.70049305 BTC is return to Josh Zerlan's BWA. Oooch! - (minus) ~10% recovered =  Smiley. Donations were requested and started pouring in at this time forward to help Josh due to this loss outta his own pocket. SUNDAY MORNING.

2012-07-25 04:27:43 UTC: 97.70049305  BTC + 702.29950695 BTC = 800 BTC sent to Pirate's Ponzi scheme. TUESDAY EVENING.

2012-07-25 00:06:40 to 2012-07-27 03:56:04 (both UTC): Josh Zerlan's EMC found 9 blocks of 50 BTC each.

In the order listed, the following are the dates and [UTC] time that the blocks depicted above were found:

From the evening of the first date above to the last date, Josh finally fixed some glitch on EMC's servers as shown here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=16385.msg1059699#msg1059699. Ironically, nary a one of the over 1000 active miners pens a comment about those 9 blocks found during this timeframe.

2012-07-28 02:50:03 UTC: Those 9 blocks of 50 BTC (450 BTC) where moved to 15v3sXGh6PDpQXcCmVYRf7H2ryRL5EVsu6, with the 2.00874303 BTC fees sent elsewhere. FRIDAY EVENING.

2012-07-30 02:58:59 UTC: 15 BTC went to LuckJr and the 434.9995 BTC went to 19TFpRJYfDG2aYoKnyeMyhb2Ys2Fb2z25F. SUNDAY EVENING.

2012-08-01 02:52:23 UTC: Of the 434.9995 BTC, exactly 208 BTC (~47.82%) went to 1Ju55fRAosH79uS1esNhvhE7Q8bnku1HTL and 226.999 BTC (~52.18%) went to 1BhqMFmzPB4sNgp2S6RqB95dwDr4k2BECu. TUESDAY EVENING.

Bear in mind that these are bitcoins mined via Josh Zerlan's EMC pool used by thousands of miners.

2012-08-05 22:47:25 UTC: 600 BTC of the 226.999 BTC plus 450 BTC (another 9 blocks found via EMC) were sent to 1FhhyaPVjYSVm9RAittk6VLKzRCyBCPVFn. The 76.9985 BTC were sent elsewhere, with some of them bitcoins sent to one place in particular, namely SilkRoad on August 20, 2012, CST, during Josh Zerlan's first week of employment at BFL. SUNDAY EVENING.

The 9 blocks mentioned above were found by EMC on (all UTC, and linked):

The following is a quote from just prior to those 9 blocks found:

hey! couple questions (which are probably answered elsewhere in the 142 pages but..)

- just saw the huge hashrate increase for you guys and i'm coming back! but i saw proportionate is gone and it's PPS only now?  Sad  oh well i'll leave it going and it'll probably work out better that way anyway.

- if i set my payout to pay my NMC out as BTC to me, and I look on the worker screen and it shows you your estimate payout in BTC and USD per day per worker, does that figure include my NMC payout in it?

- is there a difference between us.eclipsemc.com, us1.eclipsemc.com, or us2.eclipsemc.com?  either one is okay?

2012-08-07 01:31:00 UTC: Back to those 600 BTC, 5.03 BTC were sent to 1GyFdyab54SZeozadtATnqLtNPMpb9rpYJ and 594.97 BTC went to 1GRwsmJF599rD5zwQMTa8oFMwVConHaRAx. MONDAY EVENING.

2012-08-07 21:09:52 UTC: 594.97 BTC --> 124.99 BTC went to 1Jp4uqXr5gKisNK82Xwh67qXow1NrBpT88 and 633.78 BTC went to 1riXWcwubWK8tnjm5Brg4FGs5b984UJuz. TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

2012-08-07 21:40:14 UTC: TUESDAY AFTERNOON. (transferred from the desk of Josh Zerlan while supposedly still on somebody else's payroll in downtown Kansas City)

How was it that 16 blocks of 50 BTC found via EMC were sent to one entity, namely 800 BTC to Pirate's Ponzi scheme directly from Josh Zerlan's BWA, yet nary a one of the astute 1,000+ active miners penned a peep cryin' fowl especially after Josh expressed a concern for losing ~1000 BTC (later revised to ~1200 BTC) due to a glitch? Then ~12 days later, Josh Zerlan sent another 650 BTC (12 blocks of 50 BTC) to Pirate's Ponzi scheme, again, with nary a peep from the 1000+ astute active miners on EMC while still amassing donations from EMC's clients, with said donations being amassed up to and surpassing the date when BFL purchased EMC from Josh Zerlan via the donation settings. How the hell is that even possible?

I have one theory. EMC is mostly comprised of bitcoin miners in Josh Zerlan-cum-BFL's control, having several dozen, at best, real-life miners using the pool to perpetuate the ruse that EMC is a viable entity, with them easily being paid accordingly for their hashing efforts. Recall, Josh on many occasions expressed that most of EMC's pool users and BFL customers don't read, let alone participate on this or any other Bitcoin-based forum. How convenient!  Roll Eyes

Farmer: Honey, I ordered them cannin' jars for the peaches on that there website you gave me. I ordered extra cause we's gonna be rich. While on that there page, Google had an ad for some new type of money-makin' machine built right here in Kansas, so I ordered us a couple of them. Gotta go to the barn and fix that damn tractor now. If Billy Bob calls, tell him to bring over a case of Bud if he wants to listen to the NASCAR race here cause we's plum out.

#AskLEO (I'm sure that the KS AG can get to the bottom of this while they hold ~$1M USD worth of Josh Zerlan's assets hostage till it's settled or he pays the high fees to get them back while this "so isolated" fuck watches the events unfold from ~600 miles away here in Illinois)

Man, fuck this shit. The timeline puts it all into perspective. Someone better ready their bumhole for federally sactioned inspection big time! Shocked

Amazing, how Josh Zerlan could loose tens of thousands of dollars, at least, to Coinabul, Mt Gox, and Pirate's Ponzi Scheme (others allude me at the moment) on a base salary of no more than $50K USD a year and still afford to fully pay for a home and two cars to the tune of approximately three quarter of millions dollars sans having bitcoin miners. Recall, Josh stated on a few occasions in no uncertain terms that EMC was a break even endeavor on the best of days (virtually verbatim), and he conducted his group buy endeavor via GLBSE due to not having the funds to purchase BFL's miners otherwise he would do such on his own accord (slightly paraphrased). Not to mention how bad of a pinch he was in when he lost ~1200 BTC due to a glitch on EMC, but recouped most of it via kind donations from his loyal customers who never had a clue that EMC was sold to BFL on October 26, 2012, until almost two years later.

If he's not investigated due to the above, than I want to be first in line to suck his dick with the hope of him relaying to me his secret as to how ALL the above was accomplished. Perhaps it's possible that Leroy Fodor shared with Josh the secrets, but I'm not on good terms with Leroy and don't want to suck the dick that was stuck inside an alien who eats cigarettes butts off the ground, ergo Josh, my bud, is my only hope to gain the inside dope. Did I just pen dope?

I couldn't help but noticed that Josh Zerlan funded Victor Escudero's ★ VESCUDERO'S Guaranteed Deposits at 2% Weekly ★ [open for deposits <=50BTC]

At the bottom of this page - https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/aa0cfe6ceb3bd0cf - you'll see Josh's 12.31 BTC to Victor on July 22, 2012, used to pay his investors.

I'm now looking into hashking. hashking, as in Silver King, Sonny Vleisides' Daddy-O, and also pens two spaces after a full stop just like Sonny. I've already seen a myriad transactions from EclipseMC.

Also, I'm seeing transaction to and from Pirate's Ponzi scheme: https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/005d972e347e9b8b?page=20. Maybe Courtney N. Pierce gave Sonny permission to trade with Pirate.

Meanwhile...

Quote
Goodbye to scamming, scheming Silver King, who had mettle if not metal

'Tis the time of year when we look at people who have died throughout 2012, even the scamps and scalawags.

One such rogue was James Ray Houston, who died Jan. 25 at the age 68, according to prison records.

Don't recognize the name? Former Nevada Archivist Guy Rocha summed it up well. "James Ray Houston essentially tried to hustle the state."

Back in 1974, when the self-proclaimed Silver King was 28, he was wooing Nevada voters, seeking the governorship as an Independent American. If elected, he wanted to change the monetary system.

He was crushed by popular Gov. Mike O'Callaghan, but despite only being a resident since 1969, Houston ran almost even with the Republican candidate.

When KSNV-TV, Channel 3's Tom Hawley broke the news recently that Houston had died in a federal prison where he was serving 10 years for wire fraud in an international lottery scam, a lot of memories came back.

First and foremost was how Las Vegas Sun reporter Harold Hyman broke into Houston's silver vault, discovered there was no silver and did an exposé just before the election. Hyman was aided by Houston's security guard Rod Franklin, who had been sending anonymous letters saying the Silver King had no silver.

Photos of an empty vault and the newspaper's disclosure that Houston owed $2.4 million still didn't stop more than 26,000 Nevadans from falling for Houston's hustle and voting for him.

I had the distinction of covering Houston's trial in 1978 when the founder of the Western Pacific Gold and Silver Exchange with offices in 30 states was accused of scamming more than 1,100 people out of $3 million, a lot of money then and now.

I watched as he testified over several days, charming jurors who found him not guilty after swallowing his story that he never intended to defraud anyone.

I'm ashamed to say I went to the party he threw afterward  to celebrate his victory. To my horror, I was given a engraved plaque for "Outstanding Journalist in the trial of James Ray Houston."

The verdict was an embarrassment for the U.S. attorney's office and enhanced the reputation of the late Las Vegas defense attorney John Fadgen.

Everyone knew that Houston was a scam artist, whether he was convicted or not. He was a man with multiple aliases, Social Security numbers, even birth dates. He made false claims about his past. No, he was not a descendant of Texas legend Sam Houston, despite his saying so.

After his acquittal in federal court, he tried to make a comeback, snatching more headlines for his new companies such as the Great Western Penny Exchange and the Metric Monetary Mint. He was always promising that his newest venture would pay off the people who had lost their money investing with him.

It wasn't completely clear what Houston did during the 30 years after he left Las Vegas around 1981. An occasional newspaper would report he had been investigated for various scams in various states, including California and Georgia.

In 2011, a California newspaper reported that Houston was the last of five defendants sentenced in a lottery scam that cheated thousands of mostly elderly people in the United States and Canada out of more than $25 million over 16 years. A few victims received money, but the rest went to the scammers, your typical Ponzi scheme.

My favorite Houston story was about how he was captured two years after fleeing Las Vegas, a tale of a federal agent's determination and an airline pilot's rigid instance upon following the rules.

Monday's column continues the saga of a con man who fulfilled many people's expectations by ending his days in prison.

The parallel between the empty silver vault and BFL's empty coffers (when the FTC came round) would be poignant, but who's surprised?

Find out who will get thrown under the bus on next week's episode of Big Fucking Liars. Wink

I'll refund your money for your place in line, Hashking.

That was so sweet of you, Inaba.

Just sent out a bunch of prinicipal payments.

Youre doing it wrong.

Why am I doing it wrong?  Why is your way right?

Its not his way it is the universally accepted legal and right way.
Say you only pay back 1,000 BTC and then git hit by a bus and die.
So the creditors who were luck enough to be at the begining on the list get paid in full while other creditors get stiffed - nothing.
If you were at the end of the list would that seem fair and equitable to you?

Unless you designated some creditors "senior" and gave them seniority in any insolvency situation all your creditors are EQUAL and should be repaid EQUALLY.

NEWS FLASH:  YOU ARE AN INSOLVENT DEBTOR.  How you want to do things is irrelevant.  YOU OWE CREDITORS AND ARE IN DEFAULT OF YOUR CONTRACT.
If you have any integrity or decency you would be looking to resolve your debts in an equitable manner.

Obviously given your propensity to blatantly lie to your depositors it isn't all that surprising ...

I have alot of accounts under 10 bitcoins and it doesn't make sense for me to spread payments over these small accounts.  It's better that they are paid off.  Once I get to the bigger accounts I will change the payout method.  NEWS FLASH: This is the way I'm going to do it.

If only BFL did the same thing that hashking did. Oh, wait...

Hashking is a scammer +1

Micon is a horrible poker player +1.

I'm glad I have found this.  Looks like I will pursue this.

Threatening people over the Internet is illegal in the United States. The crime of Threat by Instrument of Interstate Commerce is punishable by up to five years in prison. Conviction of this crime can also result in up to three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.00.Federal law 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) states: "Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both."

FTC’S SUGGESTIONS IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANT BF LABS INC.’S MOTION
FOR LEAVE TO FILE SURREPLY IN OPPOSITION TO
THE FTC’S MOTION TO DISMISS BF LABS INC.’S COUNTERCLAIMS AND
SUGGESTIONS IN OPPOSITION TO SURREPLY

The Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) respectfully opposes Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff BF Labs, Inc.’s (BF Labs) motion for leave to file a surreply in opposition to the FTC’s motion to dismiss counterclaims. (DE 293.) Surreplies are not favored in this district and there was no new argument raised in the FTC’s reply brief that would justify a surreply in any event. If the court does grant leave and permit the filing of the surreply, the FTC respectfully requests the court consider the FTC’s suggestions in opposition to the surreply and grant the FTC’s motion to dismiss the counterclaims.

You think that's long, just wait till BFL files their to-sir-with-love sursurreply including a reach-around clause guise as an argument.

Sonny Vleisides: I'm shocked! Shocked, I tell you that Jeff Ownby was operating online casinos in his office opposite mine, Bruno Kucinskas was sent an IRS Form 1099-MISC due to a gambling bet with Inaba, and Josh Zerlan was highly involved in Pirate's Ponzi scheme. And, when was that stripper pole installed next to Jody's desk? Also, did anybody else notice that Dave McClain has moles? BTW, Dave, thanks for the tatters.

Here's an interesting tidbit: Josh Zerlan's supposed official start at BFL coincides with Pirate's Ponzi scheme defaulting: https://www.walletexplorer.com/address/1DkyBEKt5S2GDtv7aQw6rQepAvnsRyHoYM?page=6

Sunday 25 June 1995: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/no-taxes-or-bureaucracy-in-planned-libertarian-paradise-1588142.html

Quote
STARRY-EYED free-market dreamers are encouraging British investors to back a capitalist utopia that they hope will rise somewhere in the steamy jungles of the Third World.
Citizens of Laissez Faire City, a proposed libertarian paradise, will be able to live and do business without the onerous obligations of paying taxes, filling out forms in triplicate or complying with fusty old rules.

Quote
The group already has 60 founding members, each of whom put up $5,000 (pounds 3,125) and a recent advertisement in the Economist yielded a flood of letters and faxes. "Some of them have been sending us unsolicited money, which is more than we asked for," said Sonny Vleisides, editor of the Laissez Faire City Times, the newsletter sent to every prospective founder.

Nary a person got their money back, and the auditor-cum-receiver of LFC went it went belly-up is a member of this forum.

Firstly, MA is NOT me.

Secondly, deep apologies for the signal to noise ration, but that's the best I can do while conducting this continual investigation that nobody on this forum but myself seems to be conducting.

Thirdly, has Josh Zerlan brought anybody else to court besides myself over made up charges due to my efforts of sticking it up BFL's ass?

Fourthly, like I've mentioned on a many occasions, I've never had a beef with you and even came to your defense during the time that Josh Zerlan was sticking it your ass. Also, I have no qualms with you considering me a racist because I penned the "term" NIGGAR in reference to one black gentleman that beat the fuck out of my niece and her son, and to my two white pieces of shit nephews.

Fifthly, regardless of all the above, are you, or are you not in the same camp as those opposite BFL?

I'm not looking for one iota of an apology in regard to this whatever-you-call-it, but can you at the very least refrain from sticking it my ass for doing the Goddamn best I can in making sure that BFL and it's principals get fucked in the ass big time at great expense to myself, again, due to my ongoing efforts?

Yeah, Bick, buzz off already. You're derailing the thread and you're helping BFL in the process.

As for "signal to noise", you might want to get those rabbit ears adjusted, because you're clearly on the wrong channel or something.

Go tend to your trust rating and leave those interested in this topic alone. Thanks.
