Are you fucking kidding me ?! The First Amendment is a defense against committing fraud ?!

The FTC had to stick a kong-dong up your asses before you got the message. Just because you say there is no danger of recurrence doesn't make it so, nor does it absolve you from the harm you have done. You guys said and did a lot of things that weren't true.

To this day, I often wonder what the FTC thinks about all the shenanigans attempted by BFL to stop the irreversibly inevitable?

I believe:
They lost their customers due to bad business practices.
They lost their customers due to non-delivery in a reasonable time period.
They lied, and at times made it difficult for folks to walk away with refunds.
They entrapped customers with promises after promises.
Always setting a shifting date as to fulfillment and then brokering new deals with customers when they kept failing.
Collapsed/Harassed other Bitcoin businesses with shady representative of their own product when in reality at times they were in a non-delivery state.

I could go on all night. We all know there are shit loads of witnesses to everything BFL did.

Anyway, thats what I thought I saw during the last three years on Bitcointalk. I may be wrong, but it is my first amendment right to express my opinion as I see it.

I actually warned Jody Drake about the behavior of their employee. She revised the incident after being made aware and more or less couldn't see the problem. So she can't plead ignorance. Too many witnesses.
