Not to mention slapping together a one-page website and convincing her that it's worth ONLY two million dollars hence no VC takers, or another site selling concrete worldwide.

I’ll start out byintroducing myself: my name is Michael Long and I work for a research company called ORC Macro,which is located near Washington, D.C.Our discussion is going to focus on a survey carried out by the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S.Department of Education: the Schools and Staffing Survey, or SASS. The SASS is a set of surveys thatthe U.S. Census Bureau administers to schools, districts, library media centers, principals, and teachersevery four years. The last administration was during the 2003–04 school year, and the next will be in2007–08. The SASS is given to both public and private schools across the country, and its purpose is tomeasure critical aspects of schools and teaching, the composition of the principal and teacher work force,and conditions in schools

Japan has a 98%+ success rate in convictions (have to question whether you can call it justice!) And a failing business is one of the worst things you can do over there. But alas, Japans prisons are pretty sound like most western societies pensions so it won't be too harsh for Mr fat pants.
