Well I'm getting pretty annoyed now by this red message that keeps on appearing in front of me.  Angry

The problem occurs once every 5 minutes. It kinda sucks when you're typing a long reply and then when you click the post button, it goes on saying that "The Webpage is unavailable" though I can load any other webpage smoothly without even lagging. It already happened to me for 6 times now, and I'm starting to get really annoyed. Why is this happening? Does it have something to do with my connection?

UPDATE: Still experiencing the same issues. I'm not sure why is this happening. Tried 4 different browsers on top of Google Chrome, but to no avail.

Have you tried to clear your cache and eliminated your cookie (try also another broswer). I do no think it is related with your interntet connection.

Well I've tried doing that and still the problem persisted. I'm not sure as to what could be the cause of my session to time out. Huh Anyone here experiencing the same thing as I do?

Hahaha I don't mean that I'm experiencing this issue for a duration of 5 minutes. What I'm saying is that this issue occurs once every 5-10 minutes, which I think is intolerable and annoying because you can load all other websites pretty smoothly. It hinders me from replying a long comment to a certain topic because it gets deleted whenever the session times out.  Angry

I thought drafts are only saved when you click the preview button. I never knew that it will still save your messages even if your session timed out. Anyway, going back to my problem, I'm still experiencing the same problems. Tried pinging bitcointalk.org when my session timed out (if that helps) but it seems that nothing is wrong. Tried clearing the cookies and caches, I even tried using another browser, but still the problem persists. Huh

Sounds like something is wrong with the way your browser handles cookies. Try a different browser.

Can you tell which browser are you using and which browser you tried other than the usual one? Your OS also maybe helpful.

Tried clearing my browser's cache and cookies (Google Chrome). Also tried a different browser like Mozilla and IE but still I get the same problem.

I'm currently using Google Chrome with all the caches and cookies emptied, but still the problem persists. Tried 2 different browsers but to no avail, still having the same issues. If OS helps, I'm on Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.

I do have CCleaner installed in my system that is set to clean caches and cookies every time I exit any browser that I'm using. I can't seem to find the root of this problem, and I've been trying to do so for the last 5 hours. Huh Still experiencing this session timed out, and it's literally annoying.

Try restarting your modem and then PC. Then check if the problem persists. If it do, try flusing your DNS.

To flush DNS, open command prompt(cmd), type ipconfig /flushdns amd click enter. Reboot your system and check if it persists. Hope either will solve the issue.

Thanks for your help. I tried restarting my modem and PC, and I even used a VPN service just to continue browsing, still the problem persists, but not too often with the normal connection that my ISP is providing. I'll try flushing my DNS and see what would come out of it. Btw, what will happen if I flush my DNS? I never heard of such a thing before, as I'm completely ignorant of these things. Huh

Did you try to log out and login with the "signed in forever" option?
I've never seen that problem before, Probably your session time is set something really low (that can be your logged in session time).

Huh

Edit:

Did you try to log out and login with the "signed in forever" option?
I've never seen that problem before, Probably your session time is set something really low (that can be your logged in session time).

If logged in session timeouts, he will be logged out but AFAIK in this case, OP is having session timeout for posts.

Ever since I entered this forum, I never changed that option, and is "signed in forever" so I don't think that's the problem. Sad

Already flushed the DNS and rebooted my system. Hopefully this could help me in my problem. I'll wait for 20 minutes and see if I still get the same problem that I encountered earlier and yesterday. Thanks for the help, Muhammed Zakir. Cheesy
