[WTB] Antminer S4 new or used in the US

Looking for Bitmain Antminer S4 (new or used) in the US. I need 25+ and a decent price. Can pay via PayPal/Bank Transfer (will show ID, verify address etc. outside of Bitcointalk so that buyer feels 100% safe).

My issue is that for the price/watt per GH the S4 is still hard to beat. Spondoolies aren't shipping, Avalon require external PSU etc.

That said, If someone has SP 35s in volume I'd be interested.

Obviously if I wanted a bonfire I'd just buy Neptunes..
