Dev, why dont make this coin POS instead of Pow, in that way, you can keep moving the coins on the chain.

You need to change the supply of the coin, perhaps the best option is to made a new coin with the total supply available at this moment (around 15 million) stop the pow, and start with POS, a lot of people love POS coins, perhaps with a 100% anual stake percent  you can attract new people and investors, new ticker "IVU"

It is regrettable death of this coin. with a supply of only a few can rival the WBB and EXP and also RADS.
Too many problems with this coin, the most severe is caused by hackers and it is a mistake dev also for not protecting her website very well.

This is stolen coins. These coins belong to the hacker and he can't spend it. These addresses excluded from IEC block chain.

Yes, these are the coins that were stolen by the hacker. The dev did not want to pay the ransom for the coins and so they decided they will fork those addresses away from the chain and therefore make the coins unspendable, effectively cutting the total supply by a huge amount. Really sad that this coin went under, i had really high hopes for it but it was not to be.

This coin is not over, i talked with my sponsor and said that very soon i will recieve my salary from them for last month ( December) and we will get back to work. I hope in that so much but i dont want to blame you, so i will give you more info when i will talk with them this week. But i really want to say that IEC is not dead and rebirth is comming soon, but at this time i cannot yet
