I plan to add some Osteo-BiFlex later on. I use all 3 of these items personally. I swear by the Osteo Bi-Flex. I've played sports my entire life, which has led to my left knee being in pretty bad shape after multiple Meniscus tears. I always had pain until I started taking Osteo Bi-Flex. After a few days I never notice it, ever.
