Selling packs of freshly dried, whole long pepper spikes from the farm in Takeo province, Cambodia.

Grind the spikes with a food processor or coffee grinder and apply generously to food the same way as with regular round pepper. This rare pepper tastes similar to black peppercorns but with a bit more heat and a citrus flavor that you can smell. It goes well with stir fried dishes, curries, vegetables, meats, cheeses, etc.
