Is your wallet in sinq?
What version do you use, windows?
After a transaction, you have to wait 24 hours to mature coins.
Is de wallet unlocked?
I stake this coin now for almost 5 years and I had never the same experience as you.
The wallet is for me smooth and does always the job.

I waited 24 hours and i had the mature coins. After 1 block mined I could not get the any coins.
My stake shows that there is a stake full and nothing happen.  After restarted my wallet i see what i don't have mature coins in my wallet.
After 1 day it all happened again, but I mined 2 blocks and again no mature coins.
This problem just with new wallet. I had several addresses on my old wallet and decided to open a new wallet with one addres. I read here what one address is better for mining than several. Better....   not for me.
I have this coins just 4 months and i allways have some problems.

It might not be apparent but its possible other factors are the reason.   If you can stake on another machine as a test, preferably something hard wired you might find your experience is different.   It might be something not exactly noticeable like a wifi overlap with a neighbour causing disruption to your connectivity.

A small exchange is like that so don't let you risk all your funds there, unless you want to make a small profit and go straight back to the safe wallet. Isn't ENRG still in bittrex? has it been delisted for now?

Maybe you have no connection to the network?
Check https://chainz.cryptoid.info/enrg/#!extraction
There you can find extra nodes and see where the block hight.
Can you post some pictures of the wallet and transactions in your wallet?

This is my last post in this section. I have only this screenshot. I transferred the coins from this wallet and closed it. By the time it can be seen that mining was every other day, because there were no mature coins.https://ibb.co/NZyKVQs

I made this screen when I disconnected my wallet, because I don’t want to support the network without my reward. Now i support the network and I get reward for mining from old wallet https://ibb.co/f45xYcJ. The script has a mathematical error. If you test the wallet well, you will can find this error, but without me. If I understood everything correctly, then the problem is that after the maturation of the coins, they work only once and require re-maturation. I did't see this before. If you transfer one big transaction to a new wallet, then after 1 day, you can get just only one block, and then the stake will be reset and you will need wait 1day more. And this stake reset always working. You can try it, if you thing what all will be good with you stake. I hope, what it my last message.

I see the wallet is closed.
That is the reason you are not staking.
Open your wallet for minting only and you get the PoS rewards

To the surprise of many carbon credits is a very bullish market.    Overall in crypto I still think efficiency is a driving force behind every blockchain that in the end does matter, for the costs to run the network and then the knock on effect to costs of transaction fees

Seems the scheme is not especially self adjusting as a market needs to be but it has altered the usage of coal which I'm sure was intended originally, so I imagine carbon credits will continue
