I visited your site and tried to understand the games available. I was surprised that the "One vs One" was well thought out and it seemed like a fair game. I believe it has more potential then the "Girl Show" game. I decided to put more emphasis on the "Elephant Tiger Mouse" game but do not want to show the animal names on the signature 

The signature designs are effectively two signatures joined together, telling members that the site has a strategy game other than the "Bet on the Girl" game. I know your first game is called "Girl Show". It's a bit misleading. Members may think GirlBTC is a porn site. I renamed it to "Bet on the Girl".

Version 1 and 2 are different layouts of the same design. I like version 1 more than version 2, but some might prefer a symmetrical design.

Well it seems that you're new in this design industry.
When I'm trying first time desigining, My design almost got ignore for every contest.
Just keep design and you will find a "spot" what design must be created that will accept most viewers

I can see you've put a lot of effort too, the "image" on your senior/hero sig is a good start.
