I have been
talking with several people about Bitcoin for months. Now a few of them are interested enough to consider selling pieces of real estate for bitcoins. The real estate has no debt or encumbrances so there is a lot more flexibility in the transaction.
I have already located an escrow agent that would handle the deal, who has handled many very 'odd' transactions' (one involved the sale of some chimpanzees), and is bonded, licensed and insured up to $10m. Everything would be handled professionally with attorneys, etc. but would be done with the greatest amount of privacy available; like transferring it into an LLC and selling the LLC, etc. May even consider a mortgage but would likely want at least 60% down via bitcoin.
This could be a great way for a large bitcoin holder to move out of their bitcoin position without drawing much attention or moving the market too much.

$650,000 - $6,500 - Student apartments
$375,000 - $2,750 - 4/3 - Single Family Home
$150,000 - $1,100 - 4/3 - Single Family Home
$300,000 - $1,800 - 2/2 - Condo
