thank you for link.

I just read the from and found a mis-spelled word. Hashlets was spelled Haslets

Criminal & Civil Complaint about FRAUD, GRAND THEFT, SECURITIES FRAUD & CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

I’m a current or former customer of GAW Miners, a Bloomfield CT Corporation headed by Homero Josh Garza, CEO & Founder.
I have invested $ _______________ into purchasing “Hashlets” that were declared to be “forever profitable, never obsolete, never expired”. However the hashlets turned unprofitable and GAW Miners has cancelled them and has never refunded the money I used to purchase them.
This is FRAUD COUNT #1.
Further, I have invested (or converted) $ ______________ to acquire HashStakers that were to produce a virtual currency called XPY at a GUARANTEED VALUATION of $20 USD EACH, which GAW has fraudelantly claim to convince me to spend this money. Their current value is ONLY $0.20 or 1% of the promised price !
THIS IS FRAUD COUNT #2.
Further, GAW & Homero Josh Garza has claimed that there was a $100 MILLION USD CAF (Coin Adoption Fund) to support the price of the coin – and that was a lie.
THIS IS FRAUD COUNT #3.
Further GAW & Homero Josh Garza has promised that THOUSANDS of MERCHANTS would accept XPY and sell MILLIONS of PRODUCTS for XPY. This was also a lie.
THIS IS FRAUD COUNT #4.
Further they promised a DEBIT CARD which will allow me to spend my XPY at any point of sale. This was a lie as well.
THIS IS FRAUD COUNT #5.
Further they promised me to be able to pay my bills via “Bill Pay” and this was a lie as well. THIS IS FRAUD COUNT #6.
Further they promised me that the hashlets would mine “forever” yet stopped mining forever leaving my haslets useless.
THIS IS FRAUD COUNT #7.
Based on all the preceding fraudulent promises I have lost a total of $_______________ due to
FRAUD, GRAND THEFT, SECURITIES FRAUD & CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
I would like for the authorities to take criminal charges against Mr. Homer Josh Garza and would also like to participate in a class action lawsuit to reclaim my stolen investment.
I would request the FBI to open an investigation for WIRE FRAUD
I would Request the CT district Attorney to bring charges for Grand Theft I would like the Bloomfield Police to press charges for Fraud
I would like the SEC to open an investigation for Securities Fraud.
I declare all above statements to be TRUE:

I won't be able to recover as I sold everything due to fear.  Josh and Gaw made so many changes along the way I became too afraid to stay with them.  I sold everything by Oct 20th .  I only kept the free gift of a fury he gave out to many of us in August. So my loss was the free gift which most likely means I can not get anything.  To those that stayed until the end I hope this helps you recover some of your loses.

I don't know if you guys realize when you first had real access to your paycoins it was in DEC and they had an 8 dollar value.  So if you got 10000 of them and held them you owe tax on 10,000 x 8 = 80,000 usd now you paid something to get them most of us paid 2 to 4 dollars if we were early.  If we were late we may owe nothing   But if you acquired  10,000 paycoins  at a cost of 40k you could be looking at 80k-40k = 40k profit that you owe tax on.

since they crashed to under 1k in the above example you can deduct up to 3k a year.  but for the 2014 tax year under usa law you are going to be fucked in many cases not all but many cases.

Sorry kids,

Some of what you account is in fact fraud, but making stupid promises and not keeping them is not a crime. It is also Garbozo's MO so if he is prosecuted it will be for  unregulated securities and maybe wire fraud. Not for defrauding his customers.

good luck with that

Fraud is not a crime? Really? What country do you live in? Here in the US, making false promises to obtain cash or other valuables is a crime.

This is obviously a phishing attempt by Homero. Please don't reply to this.

Adam Matlack 1/5/2014: "Not but 30 seconds later, the Holy Spirit slapped me upside the head and said "what are you thinkin'? What are you doin'?" It was an emphatic "NO". And I got - just guilt started to cover me"

That's all you found out of place??? Huh Huh

The entire thing needs an overhaul. Proofreader anyone?

GAW Miners Criminal Charges & Class Action Lawsuit:

Josh Garza personally & Gaw Miners & its employees has defrauded dozens of thousands of invetors of dozens of million of dollars.

they have promised a solid $20 minimum price for XPY when paybase opened - THEY LIED !

they cmailed to have a CAF of $100 million USD - THEY LIED !

they promised THOUNSADS OF MERCHANTS with MILLION OF PRODUCTS - THEY LIED !

they promised CREDIT CARD - THEY LIED !

they sold hashlets that were "FOREVER" never expiring never obsolete always profitable - ALL LIES !

they stopped mining of hashlets even though they are still profitable !

all those lies were done with one thing in mind - to defraud the investors and convince them to invest dozens of millions of dollars into their scheme.

we are all gathering here to take the follwoing steps EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

CIVIL ACTIONS:

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT for $100 MILLION DOLLARS - download the form HERE and send my mail to the ATTORNEY

download and fill up the form HERE and email it to legal@gawlawsuit.com !

ADDITIONAL STEPS:

The whole thing is pretty amateur.  If there was a real class action lawsuit, a lawyer would have written the statement or at least offered consultation on the language.

That rant looks like an angry internet ranter with a limited understanding of the law.

I'm definitely against XPY and GAW, but I don't think Paycoiners should get their hopes up from this new set of promises.
