Hay all,

I couldn't find an easy way just stream the Bitcoin price on any TV via YouTube.

So I made a channel that live streams the price.

That's a great idea!  

 Can you tell us how you derive the value?  Is it one exchange or an aggregate?

I don't think it is a great idea because bitcoin's price is widely available everywhere! Even google has a calculator for converting bitcoin to any other currency. So ideally any person looking for bitcoin price would not venture into Youtube. So you visitor count will continue to remain low. This kind of live stream works well for such subjects which are not easy to find in the internet or shows a confusing result to searches.

Please don't take it personally as this is my opinion only! Other people may feel otherwise. But for me, it doesn't look useful at all!

Personally, not sure why I would play your stream all day if I could simply use something like Preev and save a lot of bandwidth and RAM. With that said, perhaps at least play some royalty-free music on the stream or something? Not the best addition to your stream, but feel free to think of better ideas. Just to at least give people a reason to actually play your stream vs using Preev/LiveCoinWatch/CoinMarketCap/etc.

IMO its useless. Just type "bitcoin price" in google and immediately on-line calculator pop out with converter to every other currency. There are also loots of place to check it like exchanges, CMC, coingecko, portfolio managers like "the crypto app" and many more. I don't think that someone will even use such stream.

i like the effort you made . youtube is popular than other sites to check the price of btc and youtube is being used the most ,

 every people used youtube on a daily basis and if they are already inside the youtube the can search for this channel to check price to save time than going oitside and check it and whats good is that this is live and real time but on other sites it cant be live , there are delays .

thats not good if you are a trader or investor that get most out of your funds . whats best on this is that you are the first to do this

Which is the source for the information being streamed?

There are some other live bitcoin streams around, such as:

All in all, having a chart makes it a bit more entertaining to watch, and it would provide more birds eye information, but as a feature, having a live stream of bitcoin’s price evolution doesn’t seem to have much use (engagement wise), unless it’s run on a screen at some specific type of business, or information panel.

First, the price of bicoin can be seen anywhere, but it would be nice if you do live streaming on YouTube, you can add to the discussion about bitcoin, or maybe you can predict the price at that time with a technique that you are good at, so it is much more profitable. instead of just showing the price of bitcoin without any clear benefits. yes in order to welcome the price of bitcoin in the new year. and the idea is quite effective ..

I don't think anyone is going to use this or keep this even bookmarked. It will consume more data then searching on google. Moreover, there are a lot of app which have alert option and easy UI to check the price. Why would someone check a video to check the price of BTC. However, it sounds fine though. Keep it live if it doesn't cost you other things.

Great idea for some people that always use the YT platform.

But for the majority, people are using platforms that can be easily seen, like simply searching "btc price" on google and it will show the price.

people are too lazy to browse yt platform just to view the price especially on small devices and besides, there are real-time platforms that show it.

However it’s good idea, but live bitcoin prices it’s not enough.
You can keep them live, take more actions like add comparing live prices between exchanger, add more such last prices or chart in days, weeks, month... and more.

Giving merit for the effort even though there are already live streaming of cryptocurrency price on youtube. I believe this is much better than any created copy-pasted news thread that gotten merit.  Could have added other top altcoins in the market to give more information and possibly cater more interest from YT viewers. Many here would find this useless but I believe somewhere out there would find this streaming useful.
