Is this the American Express version of Moneypaks? I have no tried it yet, just generally inquiring to someone with knowledge. I have seen them at Rite-Aid, CVS, Walgreens but have never tried their service yet.

AMEX Serve and Bluebird are prepaid cards that allows peer-to-peer money transfers. I think you can load the cards with cash at CVS etc

Looking for up to 1.5 BTC through Serve please

Is it an irreversible payment method ?

p.s. Sorry for being ignorant. I used to know most of the FIAT payments are reversible in nature.

Technically, it could be but with Serve you need to enter a PIN to send money. The introduction of a PIN makes it much harder to argue that your account was compromised because that person would have to have knowledge of your PIN as well.

I haven't received any chargebacks to date. *knock on wood*
