OP here is not selling diamonds but you can try my method I posted here to claim diamonds for free. But rather than doing that I suggest to buy diamonds in a legit way.

You can only buy them through Google play if you are using Android . and there is no other way to get them cheaper unless you do SEing which is Social Engineering basically you manipulate customer service on Google and tell them shit story so they refund you but it's obvious that this method is illegal and not legit and you may end up getting banned after doing this several times . [Note that I never tried it but most of people do this , so not sure if things can go worst , your CC company may even call you . ]
It's not recommended at all if you have high level account and you want to keep it In good standing or sell it later or whatever ...

I never thought about using SE to con myself some free diamonds but I'm going to give it a shot. I'll report back here with the results in a day or so.

It does but here , the refunding system trick cannot be considered as cheat in some matter. Refunding trick can be applied to all google play games.

It is legit but not recommended because you didnt know the OP and he was not around here for a long time. Better do meetups if you found some gem sellers in your country.

You can use both terms legit and not legit because the service of the OP is probably legit however doing this isn't legit by the terms of Google play because this contains Social Engineering and it's basically scamming from the company as I stated above . you most likely won't get banned if you don't abuse but I don't recommend it .

Yes, Clash of Clans is the best game for mobile devices ( My #1 was WOT Blitz, but they made it for Android too and there's so much noobs, eh, newbies so it's not good now ).

there is no such pure free gems, at least there should be an efforts.
you can earn free gems via reward apps.
if you didnt know yet about reward apps like myfreeapps, whaff etc.
