anything that can be sent with debit/credit can be reversed. 

moneygram/western union is a good way to go.

Fair enough Smiley, you can trade for PayPal on Bit-X for example.

Nope. There are so many option that I heard of, no point in having to sign up and probably get verified to a site I never heard of or used or know about.
