The president of “the Free Republic of Liberland” officially established by a bunch of Czech citizens a few weeks ago, confirms the country will accept bitcoins.

They should think more about the minefields there than their "currency".
The whole area of Osijek is full of them , and there are still more than 10k still active.

That's kind of cool I guess.
However, this unofficial new country could already face its first war as it seems another unofficial nation have laid claims to 'Liberland' first.
I'm not sure where I read it but a simple google search did the trick.

They are just PR at this stage.
I hope they become more than that, but see it as highly unlikely.
