I see my balance going down and no refund in case of TIE.

I see my balance going down and no refund in case of TIE. 

In my opinion it depends on the house edge rules. Most casino will refund player's bet when its a TIE, but in some casino, you will lose if you TIE
Obviously this increases the house edge..and I think it should be avoided.
