Wallet addresses are one of the most aggressive barriers to the mass adoption of digital currency. Trying to explain these lengthy, case sensitive, intimidating strings of numbers and letters to the uninitiated is a daunting task. Much of the general population values simplicity over function, and in this regard wallet addresses seem scary and overly complex.

It is with this in mind that we are very excited to announce that HolyTransaction has partnered with Netki for human-readable address!

"Once you have paired NetKi with your new or existing HolyTransaction account, you have the option of using one single name for every wallet address you own due to HolyTransaction supporting ten different currencies in one wallet. Yeah, should alleviate some of the initial pain that some new folks must face. Frankly, coinbase's current formula to create a wallet and then buy coins seems simple enough.

I must be missing something here.  How is this supposed to work for receiving payments?  Surely people are going to get confused if you ask them for their address and they send you something that looks like a URL. 

Once implemented, your wallet name will correspond to your HT username.

example: ‘username.holytransaction.com’

If the wallet software everyone else is using doesn't recognise this format, what's the point?  Or is the hope that if they see large adoption of the service that all the various wallet providers will add support for it?
