Are you using a proxy or TOR? On a sidenote, why not wait the extra second out before actually attempting to post?

Personal messages, Reports to Moderators and searches all count to that 20 seconds limitation.

At least lift or reduce the limitation for reports to moderators, it's especially annoying when there's multiple posts.

That would make it very easy to flood Mods and admins emails with countless reports.  But I agree, it's a bit annoying on the situation you described.

Would it be possible then to lift this limit (along with other limits) for 'trusted' accounts (for ex. people with over 500 posts and >12mo on the forum or something along those lines - with a possibility to blacklist such a person in a rare case of abuse)?
