So it made 580 btc with a bankroll of 4700 coins, So in order for the buyer to realize profits like that they need to have that much money to put in the bankroll after they pay you? correct?

Not really. The bankroll is that big because, until today, there was no limit on investment.
From another thread where someone asked how much profit was from large losses where a bankroll might need to be large:
Although there has been some really big losses, 1300, 633, 451 recently, most of that was profit the player had won, the total loss from those 3 bets combined was 330, the rest was profit the player had won.
There has been a lot of large losses in the range of 20-60 Bitcoin. Again though there's wins and profit to be taken in to account.
So the two largest losses would be 330 and 215 Bitcoin.
Total profit of bets < 10 Bitcoin is around 1500.
So really you may need a bankroll of 500-2000 depending on how large a max bet you wish to offer.
