This is reportedly Alex Sovu, Director of Black Arrow Software.

Originally from Romania, this scammer reportedly fled Romania to avoid a bust for credit card fraud.  Then according to reports he operated an operation that made credit card skimmers.

During his latest scam his company made a ton of promises right on this forum to sell the Black Arrow Prospero series Asic miners and proceeded to take people's money and then break pretty much all of those promises, leaving people with worthless junk.

It is believed that they mined on customer equipment, shipping only when mining was no longer profitable.  They also shipped shit that started on fire and charged people to ship firebomb components back to China.

They promised to match competitor pricing in $/Gh at time of shipment and violated that.

They promised refunds and then refused them after months of promising otherwise, instead jamming product on people that had been promised refunds, which is in violation of consumer laws all over the planet.

This guy is a huge dick and to be avoided at all costs.

Here are a couple of other members of the Black Arrow team.

These people are believed to be Daniel Sovu, Alex's brother, and Cristina Ixari, both also named in the credit card scam.

Cristina is apparently on the corporate records and Daniel is believed to be going by another name (Daniel Andronovic or some such thing) and reportedly took in some of the money for this latest scam through some organization in the UK.

See this link for info on these Romanian scumbags  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=716310.msg8093443#msg8093443

Anyhow, here they are:
