Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

¿Se puede patentar algo que ya está implementado? Es decir, si hay arte previo...

Lo mismo están buscando hacer fluctuar el precio del Bitcoin para ganar dinero en compra-venta.

Aunque de las oficinas de patentes nunca hay que fiarse, muchas aceptan sobres y conceden patentes que son totalmente inválidas.

Poder, se podrá patentar. Luego nosotros tendremos que pelear por nuestros derechos para demostrar que en efecto la patente es inválida porque aquello patentado ya existía anteriormente. Pero nadie les va a impedir patentar nada, visto lo visto...

Ya lo intentaron con GNU/Linux... son empresas de informática donde hay más abogados que programadores.

Los sinvergüenzas con dinero son peores que las ladillas, chupopteros de modus vivendi.

deveria ser nula esa reclamacion de patente..
