I just found that this user tried to scam you by resetting password of both collateral accounts.
I got a loan request from this user via PM but it looks specious to me so I refused to give him that loan, offered him small one. It was your first official loan, you should more careful when lending money here, scammers always have great excuses.

Note: If you don't like my post here, just send me a PM, I will remove it.

Didn't you change the email-id to something else? That's the first thing you should have done.
I just wish now that the guy pays back you.

In order to properly secure an account you need to change the password, remove any security question and change the email to an address that you are 100% sure they will not have access to. Failure to do any one of these steps will likely result in the account being stolen from you.

Edit: who was holding the accounts as escrow? Or were they being help by the lender?

Also what is the identity of the second account?

I just found that this user tried to scam you by resetting password of both collateral accounts.
I got a loan request from this user via PM but it looks specious to me so I refused to give him that loan, offered him small one. It was your first official loan, you should more careful when lending money here, scammers always have great excuses.

Note: If you don't like my post here, just send me a PM, I will remove it.

There's nothing wrong with your post and there's absolutely no need to remove it. This is not first official loan actually, I have done lending before twice, its just a new thread after a 3 month break from lending. Anyways, after I sent those many messages to trusted members like Vod, Tomatocage, DannyHamilton and both the admins, he finally sent me the password and now, I have changed the password and removed the email. So, both the accounts are in my control now.

I don't know how come he changed account ID and Password back once account was held by grtthegreat?
Didn't you change the email-id to something else? That's the first thing you should have done.
I just wish now that the guy pays back you.

He should pay within the next three days (on 9th) as per the repayment terms. If he fails to do so, then I would be forced to sell his accounts. Actually, he had a original and legit email id associated with his senior member account, and I changed only password and not the email. He recovered the password and used for some time. Now, after follow-up from all different trusted members and few negative trusts, he has given back the control of the account back to me and I am now holding both the accounts as collateral.

There comes another saviour. Luckily, after Tomatocage, Vod and all other trusted members were contacted by me, he sent me the password of that account and I changed both the password and the email id of the account. And both the accounts are under my control now. Anyways, keeping privacy in mind, I have sent you a PM with the usernames of both the accounts.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONCERN. THE ISSUE IS NOW RESOLVED.

Good to see you are holding the collateral again, just make sure that when taking over an account you change complete details of the account, including security question, this is how he reset his password last time using security question when i checked the security logs.

Thanks. Perhaps that's what I didn't do. I just changed the password but not the email. So, he could recover it back. Now, I removed the recovery email, so, it would not be possible for him to use the account till loan repayment.

Your collateral is good enough to cover the loan but the reason of the loan is "fun" which makes me really suspicious that this loan is for gambling. So, either you clearly state the correct reason for this loan or just convert your LTC to BTC and then gamble (if it is for gambling).

I would not even start playing dice with 0.1, waste of time. When I play dice my start bet is normally around 0.1.

The original reason for the loan was to be the first. but I would have settled to be first on payback.

I bought 0.15 worth of LTC to act as collateral, in all seriousness what do you care what I want it for?

Your acting as a kind of bank, to make money, 10% in 24hrs in my case, I am giving 150% collateral for the loan.

Why would care if I went into some dice room and sent it all to rain?

I originally requested it because you had been typing to your self for two days with no responses. So I figured I would help get you started.

REASON: Because your thread was so emtpy!

I do not "need" the loan.

Keep it...

I will give away the LTC to someone else.

Here is when I bought on Poloniex.. just before I posted my revised request.

I know him personally and he is a great guy. He is a moderator at one of the dice sites (will keep site's name confidential) and is a really cool guy.
0.1 was a dust amount for him. He is pretty rich. And yes, he truly stated, he starts gambling at 0.1 (that too rarely, usually he starts at 0.5 Tongue )
You should have given him this loan, maybe he would have given you a tip xD. *No Offence*

I was being 100% honest... I was trying to help you get started.

I understand the the first DENIED (not sure about the font 16), I did not have an issue with it. We talked, came to an agreement on an Alt Coin.

You did not say how much.. so I figured 150% for loan should be good enough, so I went and bought it.

I posted my revised offer.

And because I used the word "Fun" your going to deny the loan again with 150% collateral?

You should have been hoping I would default, not questioning what I was going to do with it.

I mean it is your money and you can do what you want and impose what ever rules you like, but that is just not good business.

I do wish you well with your lending, I have absolutely no bad feelings about this, it is really more funny than anything.

Not sure who you are... but thanks Smiley

Here I am "unknown" and I understand that.. but 150% collateral.. kind of made me chuckle.

grtthegreat, sending you a PM..
