Hello I need $1000 worth of bitcoins, I'm in Canada and I'll pay interact email transfer,  I'll go first! These are irreversible, ill buy smaller amounts too.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Maybe you cannot reverse it, but Bitcoin exchanges like CA VirtEx and Canadian Bitcoins both learned the hard way that Interac transfers are most definitely reversed when fraud is involved.

If you can't find a trade, you can always use CA VirtEx's cash deposit method (cash deposit at Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal or ScotiaBank):
